CHINA IS COMING TO SYRIA – THREATENING ISRAEL

While Israel has been focusing on Russia’s military presence in Syria, another alarming development has begun. China has decided to give aid to Syria in the form of communications equipment.

According to the official statement published by Beijing, China and Syria inked the deal at the Chinese embassy in Syria on July 20th.

While its not clear what kind of communications equipment, the deal includes, Israeli sources told Breaking Defense the following:

“We have indications that Chinese experts visited in recent months some Syrian military installations that were damaged heavily during the civil war. We believe that many [facilities] of the Syrian army will be rebuilt by the Chinese, who have the capability of bringing in thousands of workers to complete the work in the shortest time.”

This development is obviously worrying for Israel and brings another major world power into any potential conflict between the Jewish State and Iran including Hezbollah and Syria.

With Russia and China prepared to join up with Israel’s enemies at the same time that the USA appears to be on the retreat, Israel is essentially alone once again to fend for itself.

Jerusalem Arab sets up kindergarten, soup kitchen for Hamas cover

The Hamas handler is a convicted terrorist who was part of the Shalit prisoner exchange deal.

A Palestinian man from eastern Jerusalem has been indicted for setting up a kindergarten and a soup kitchen on behalf of Hamas in order to embezzle funds for the terror group’s local operations, the Justice Ministry said.

According to the indictment, Bilal Suv Laban met with a member of Hamas in Turkey in March, who ordered Laban to “promote Hamas activity” in eastern Jerusalem. The Hamas operative, who has been convicted of murder and other acts of terror, was deported to Turkey after Israel released him as part of the prisoner exchange deal with captured soldier Gilad Shalit in 2011.

The Hamas operative gave Laban an encrypted mobile phone that he used to communicate with him. He instructed Laban to open a kindergarten, a soup kitchen and a charity to funnel funds for the terror group, as well as to distribute Palestinian flags with the purpose of recruiting new members, according to the indictment.

Laban also met with a group of Turkish tourists on the Temple Mount in June and presented himself as a mediator working on behalf of Hamas, He collected a large sum of money from them for the terror group, the indictment said. Some $13,000 was seized when Laban was arrested last month.

The indictment charged Laban with membership and activity in a terrorist organization, operating on public property for terrorist purposes and obstruction of justice. The prosecution also requested from the court that Laban be detained in custody until the end of the legal proceedings against him.

Maccabiah Has Golf for Disabled IDF Veterans

"Women's hockey a hit in Maccabiah debut" reports the Jerusalem Post on the welcome addition to the Maccabiah schedule of a brand-new sport for a previously unrepresented group of athletes.  Another addition to the Maccabiah deserves recognition.

This year, for the first time in the history of the Games, a team of disabled IDF veterans was incorporated into the golf competition.  Caesarea Golf Club has helped build the Disabled Warriors golf program from scratch, and has been a strong supporter of the team for over a decade, providing specialized training and equipment.  Through this unique program, these brave warriors (including two Druze players) who physically defended the State of Israel throughout our existence now represent the country in competitions in Israel and abroad.  At the end of the Maccabiah competition, the gold medal for this team was awarded to Shlomo Ivgi, a former Golani soldier injured in 1974.  Zohar Sharon, another member of the team, is six-time world blind golf champion.

Fake News or Real News

Arabs in wheelchairs and stretchers getting up and
running away is just the tip of the iceberg. But these
video examples are the ones that there is clear
evidence that proves how fake the anti-Israel propaganda
truly is. Most of the fake reporting cannot be proved.
But it has become part of the DNA of the Arab
anti-Israel attacks.  They need wounded Arabs to parade
around in order to blame Israel for it’s “violence
against innocents.”

But the best example of fake news is when soldiers from
Chile or the Ukraine are used to portray Israeli soldiers.
These are blatant examples of intentional lies so typical.

‘Amazing how naive’ the US leader is, Haley says

Former American Ambassador to the UN weighs in on
President Joe Biden’s trip to Israel and Saudi Arabia.

Biden Clip stating that “every chance I get to work with Israel is a blessing.” - REMOVED

A tweet posted on President Joe Biden’s official account summing up his visit to Israel and praising his work with the Jewish state was inexplicably erased shortly after being posted.

Biden posted a clip with various scenes from his two-day visit to Israel and the Palestinian Authority with the words “It’s an honor once again to visit the state of Israel. Every chance to return to this great country is a blessing.”

Text posted with the clip stated that “every chance I get to work with Israel is a blessing. With my visit, I reaffirmed the United States’ ironclad commitment to Israel’s security and launched new technological partnerships. “May Israel and the U.S. continue to prosper together

Is the State Department continuing to play the same game they have been playing for years?

Why Biden's 'Gestures' to the Palestinians Will Not Bring Peace or Stability

by Bassam Tawil

  • The Biden administration might do itself a favor if it understood that previous "gestures" made by Israel did not contribute to peace and stability in the region, and did not advance any peace process between the Israel and the Palestinians.
  • There is much that the Palestinian Authority can do to ease tensions and help create a suitable atmosphere for the resumption of the peace process with Israel. The PA could, for example, stop the incitement against Israel, halt payments to families of terrorists, condemn terrorism and crack down on terror groups operating under its control.
  • It is this unresponsive governance by the Palestinian Authority to everything except killing Jews -- not the absence of "gestures" -- that strengthens the support for Hamas.
  • The Palestinians correctly spot these fig-leaf public relations "gestures" as just political plumage for Abbas that does not require him to change how he mistreats them. So why not try Hamas?
  • It was hard, in fact, to find anyone in the Gaza Strip who saw Israel's withdrawal as a positive development or as a sign that Israel wanted peace and calm. Instead, it was seen as a validation of terrorism: We shoot, they run. Great! It's working! So, let's keep on doing that!
  • Until today, Hamas, the Palestinian Islamist group controlling the Gaza Strip, continues to portray the withdrawal as a "defeat" for Israel and "victory" for the terror groups. In addition, Hamas continues to describe the "expulsion" of Israel from the Gaza Strip as a first step towards achieving its goal of eliminating Israel and replacing it with an Iranian-backed Islamist state.
  • Here is what the official Fatah Facebook page published as late as May 25, 2022: "No statute of limitations will apply to our historical right to take back all the Palestinian land from the [Jordan] River to the [Mediterranean] Sea,  -- thereby making an alliance with Hamas all the more tempting in order to accelerate the process.
  • The "gestures" and "concessions" will, in fact, be seen by the Palestinians, like Israel's retreat from the Gaza Strip, as a reward for their ongoing incitement and terrorism against Israel.
  • The "gestures" the Biden administration is demanding are, according to the Israeli group Regavim, illegal...
  • In addition, talk about increasing the Palestinian Authority presence at the Allenby Bridge border crossing between Israel and Jordan -- to signal joint sovereignty and authority over Israel's border and the secession of its control and sovereignty over the Jordan Valley -- will only create an immensely destabilizing situation, for which the Biden administration will justly be blamed.
  • If the PA is unable or unwilling to fight against the Palestinian terror groups, how can it be trusted to assume control over a border crossing between Israel and Jordan? Does the Biden administration seriously believe that Abbas's representatives at the border crossing would thwart attempts by terrorists to smuggle weapons into Israel?
  • The US delegation, however, does not seem to care about the Palestinian incitement and terror, or even how the Palestinian people are misgoverned.
  • The Biden administration is making a big mistake by forcing Israel to make concessions to the Palestinian Authority. Rewarding it for bad behavior will only aggravate tensions between the Palestinians and their government, embolden the extremists among them and drive the Palestinian people even further into the waiting arms of Hamas.

Canadian army helping Palestinians take over Judea and Samaria

With thanks to  Aryeh Savir, TPS

Watchdog has documented Canadian military personnel patrolling in uniform in Judea and Samaria.

In recent weeks, a delegation of senior Canadian military personnel has been documented patrolling in uniform in Area C in Judea and Samaria, including at an illegally-built structure, the Regavim organization reported Thursday.

Area C is under full Israeli security and civilian control, as per the 1993 Oslo Accords.

Last week, a high-ranking Canadian army officer, together with a delegation of Canadian military personnel, visited an illegal structure built on state land belonging to Maon in the southern Hebron Mountains, where he met with Arabs from the area.

The delegation was also hosted by the IDF’s Central Command General Yehuda Fuchs, hence their identity is known and their presence on the ground is known to IDF officials.

The illegal building that the Canadian delegation visited was erected during the night within a few hours, in Area C on land designated for agriculture and belongs to the nearby Israeli community of Maon.

The Israeli residents of the community appealed to the IDF and the Civil Administration to stop the work and demolish the building. According to them, the Civil Administration has pledged to enforce the law but so far has not done so.

Shortly after the referral to the Civil Administration, the visit of the Canadian delegation, which included two uniformed military personnel, was documented.

The delegation was also documented during a visit to the village of Zurif near the community of Carmi Tzur in Gush Etzion, and this week they were discovered again in a meeting with Arabs near the village of Kisan in eastern Gush Etzion, also in Area C.

“Imagine that Chief of Staff [Aviv] Kochavi would walk around the Canadian border wearing a uniform with ranks on his shoulder and reinforcing criminal border smugglers,” said Meir Deutsch, Regavim’s Director-General.

“Is Canada planning to start a war with Israel? A senior military figure from a foreign country who encourages criminals who have invaded the country’s lands under the auspices of the PA is utterly insane and a blatant and rude move against the State of Israel,” he stated.

Seven new illegal buildings every day

The Regavim Movement, which combats illegal takeover of state lands, recently revealed new mapping data on the frightening scope of the PA’s takeover of Israeli land in Area C, including the extent of illegal Arab construction in the area.

Between the years 2019-2021, the Arabs built 5,097 new illegal structures, in areas under the full control of the State of Israel. This means that every day, about seven new illegal buildings are added to the area. The total number of illegal Arab buildings in Area C is 72,274.

At the same time, a PA-guided agricultural takeover of 7,125 dunams of land under Israeli control was recorded during this two-year period, reaching a total of 93,071 dunams, meaning that Israel is rapidly losing lands in Area C to illegal construction projects executed by the PA.

In 2009, then-prime minister of the PA Salaam Fayyad laid out the Plan for the Creation of the State of Palestine, a methodical program for seizing control of territory in Area C, under full Israeli control as prescribed by the Oslo Accords, to form a broad and viable basis for a Palestinian state, specifically in the areas under Israeli control.

Fayyad’s plan essentially bypasses all negotiations or compromises with Israel and creates facts on the ground.

“Palestinians” Furious Israel Involved With Investigating Journalist’s Death

When Shiren Abu Akleh an activist-journalist working for Al Jazeera was killed in Jenin, the blame targeting Israel reached to all parts of the world.

The problem was, the “Palestinian” medical team and investigators refused to release any forensic evidence proving Israeli troops were guilty. The PA only now has released the bullet they claim killed the “journalist,” but they released it to an independent American team that is allowing Israelis to be present to verify the facts surrounding the ballistic evidence.

Jenin has been a hotbed of terror for decades and is often the legitimate target of Israeli anti-terror units in hopes of preempting terror cells before they launch attacks against Israeli civilians.

Abu Akleh was killed when she positioned herself close enough to terror cells the Israelis were targeting. While often times Israel is blamed erroneously, even if they killed Abu Akleh, they were not targeting her.

Defense Minister Benny Gantz already said the following a little over a month ago:

“First and foremost that I am very sorry for what happened. Secondly, currently we do not know what was the direct cause for Shireen’s death, and thirdly that I am, we are, very decisive to have a full-scale investigation of this process and we hope to get Palestinian cooperation on this issue, because without the report of the pathological surgery that she went through and the findings and the forensic findings, it will be very hard for us to figure out what exactly happened on the ground and it’s very important for us all.

The footage taken at the scene shows “Palestinian” terrorists assuming they shot an IDF soldier only to find out it was Shiren Abu Akleh.

Regardless of the outcome of the investigation, it is clear the “Palestinians” have taken advantage of the situation and marred Israel’s image yet again.
